We want you to love anything you order from Joybird. If not, you have 365 days to return your purchase. Simply call us and request a return, and if it’s within 14 days of delivery, you’ll receive a full refund and we’ll pay for return shipping, send a carrier to pick up your items, and return them to us. If you’re returning an item outside of the first 14 days, we'll still send a team to package/pick that item up, and you’ll get a full refund minus the return shipping cost.
