All Joybird made-to-order pieces are skillfully handcrafted in North America with expedited lead times. For our externally manufactured items, we source our curated pieces from partners worldwide, including Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India.

As a requirement of doing business with Joybird, our suppliers must conduct business in compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct:

1.  Suppliers meet legal requirements: We expect any product supplied to us to adhere to all applicable legal requirements for manufacturing, distribution, and sale.
2.  Suppliers meet internal requirements: Our team works closely with suppliers to ensure their business practices concerning ethics, quality, fair labor, safety, and environmental policies conform to our expectations and standards. Suppliers must also meet additional requirements established by Joybird that help reduce the environmental impact of Joybird products.
3.  Their suppliers meet all requirements: Our suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their suppliers comply with Joybird requirements, with documentation and verification available to us.
